You may not need this update unless you are using Drupal 7 or you were unable to start the original Artisteer 3.0 Beta. We still have a few bug fixes and improvements on our to-do list before final release of version 3.0, however, today we are releasing a minor update to Artisteer 3.0 Beta for Windows. Hopefully they'll come out with the gold version and we can upload it here. It's updated for joomla 1.6 and Drupal 7. You can download the free Beta 2 version below. It's the old Preview that wasn't even Beta.
